TPS70933 - variation of the Enable Pin Current

Hello,

using the TPS70933 in an application with high impedeance voltage divider connected to the EN pin calls for more information on the variation of the Enable Pin Current.

The data sheet only specifies typ. 300nA but we need the information on min/max value of the EN bias current in order to predict the Vin enable Voltage..

Hi ,

TPS709 was designed with an internal pullup on EN so that "always on" applications do not require any external components. Please note that even with a resistor divider, the internal pullup will be active.

Please allow some time for me to look into the enable pin current.

Hi ,

The enable pin current can reach up to 600nA at high temperature.
