I am looking for DC/DC boost converter, I am looking for IC which I can use it as voltage step up adjustable by PWM. the input voltage with an input of 3.2V and an adjustable output of 8V to 12V.

Hi Hamed,

What is your current requirement?

If you are looking for a non-synchronous Boost up to 2.5A with switching freq up to 1.25MHz, try LM2700 step-up converter. LM2700 is very stable and doesn't lose regulation for input voltage as low as 2.2V and very few external components are required to achieve functionality. The output is adjustable and it is synchronous with internal FET.

Thank you for your response!! The most important thing is dc/dc which is controllable by PWM. Because I have PWM as control signal.

Our device TPS61170 is just fit for your applicaiton.

And if you can filter the PWM sinal to a DC signal , then many device fit, like TPS61085, TPS61087, TPS61088, TPS61089, TPS61175.....

What is the maximum output current in your application?

Sir i am designing dc to dc converter from my 2-4 volt to 12 volt fixed step up boost converter but in crkt dia...there is no where mention that which diode(model no. n rating) we have to use plz help

Vin=2-4V, Vo is fixed 12V, then what is the output current? this is a key point when choosing the Boost IC
