Hello.

We are using the BQ78350-R1 associated with EV2300 and BQ studio (v1.3.45).

We want make srec file from to Device but find the USB Timeout error.

What is this problem solutions ?

Jin,
There were some issues with the older version of bqStudio. Please upgrade to the latest version (v52) and see whether the fixes the srec issue.

Hello Thomas,

I'm using EV2300 HPA002.

I uptated the bqStudio version to 1.3.52 but it still gives me the "Read Srec : EV2X00 Adapter USB Timeout." error. I need to get the firmware from a bq78350-R1 that has the 1.03 firmware in order to update another bq78350-R1 that has a 0.06 firmware.

If the "USB timeout" problem can't be solved, where could I get the .srec file with the most updated firmware?

You can download the bq78350-R1 firmware from the device website. Are you using a 64-bit computer? If so, have you installed the 64-bit drivers for the EV2300? They can be found at this link. Be sure to use the Run as Administrator mode when running the setup files.
