TPS25944x - About PGOOD behavior

Hi Team,

 

I understand that PGOOD is High if PGTH is more than 0.99V.

(I refer to the following contents.)


 

However, according to the Figure49 in datasheet, PGOOD is Low if PGTH is more than 0.99V.

I guess that Figure49 is a mistake.

Is my understanding correct?

    Yes, you are correct. The Figure 49 needs correction and is under consideration for next revision.

  • Thanks. This is exactly the answer I'm looking for. My other question is the NAND gate (before the MOSFET controlling PGOOD) in Fig 48, which is for device 42A/L. Is the NAND gate missing in Fig 49 (for device 44A/L) or is it not supposed to be there?
