I have the bq40z60evm board connected to an EV2400 on a 4-cell Li-Ion pack with CGR18650C batteries. I have set Minimum output Voltage / Voltage Resolution accordingly to bq40z60 Charging Voltage Compensation manual. I started learning cycle with fully charged batteries and connected 20 ohm resistor. Termination Voltage value is set to 12400 mV (4*3100 mV). When voltage drops about 13000 mV, bq40z60 stops discharging and starts discharging after some time. This process (start/stop discharging) repeats itself, and the voltage never drops to Termination Level, so learning cycle never comes to relaxing state. Am I missing some something?
