I would like to know if BQ34Z100G1 needs to always be energized. In our application, the system connected to the LiFePO4 battery may stay weeks without the battery being charged again. As a result, if we keep a load, even a small one, connected to the battery, it may end up discharging the remaining of the battery and ruin it. So my question is, when disconnecting the BQ34Z100G1 from the battery, will it catch up again when connected again to the battery? How many cycles would it take to do so?
