High power DC/DC buck chip

As John mentioned the LM25119 would work well for this application. It will be perfect for operating multiple phases which will help the performance of a high power buck converter.

R10 and R19 are the current sense resistors.  You should carefully read section 8.2.2.3 in the datasheet to learn how to set them.

We have designed the circuit and prepare to test the board.

However, I found the shielded power inductance VER2923-103KL is too expensive. If we plan to use put this design into practice, it's undesirable. So may perhaps there are  other inductance that can replace it?

Those inductors are perhaps a bit of over kill.  The PMP7885 reference design is designed for 10 A output, 5 A per phase. VER2923-103KL is rated for 34 A.  The benefit of high current rating is low DCR, hence higher efficiency.  You can use another 10 uH inductor instead.  Make sure it is rated for adequate current for your design.  If you care about fault performance, I would rate the inductors for your current limit value.
