Problems with LM5121-Q1

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5121-Q1

I'm designing a boost converter with the LM5121-Q1 IC. The specifications for the design is 12 V as the input and 28V/1.4A at the output. The design is not working at all and I think maybe is something about the disconnection switch control.

When doing the testing the UVLO voltage is greater than 1.2V and the voltage at the Vin pin is the same as the input (12V). But everything after the disconnection MOSFET is not working.

I want to know if it is something wrong with the layout design or if it is something else.

Attached is the schematic and the layout.
