Which Gauge to choose for measuring a CR2 abttery between 2V and 3V

I am looking for a solution to measure the statust charge of a CR2 battery where we have 2 threshold (2.32V and 2.08V) triggering a change of LED status (and we need to make blinking those leds).

Initially I was thinking to use BQ34Z100-G1, but then I find out the range is 3V-65V. so 1V too high than what we need.

What chip would you recommend knowing that we need to run ultra low power ?
