Hi Chen,
PSPICE models from TI are generally encrypted. To read more about encrypted vs unencrypted models (and the process needed to obtain unencrypted models) check out this page:
e2e.ti.com/.../3122.importing-ti-s-spice-models-into-tools-other-than-pspice-and-tina-ti
If an encrypted model can be used (which will work in PSPICE) the best way to find all available models would be to go to www.ti.com --> "Tools & Software" --> "Analog Design Tools - SPICE Models Libraries" --> "Model Library Listing and Download Selector"
This direct link may work as well:
webench.ti.com/.../
Then you can simply search a part number.
Note that we do not have SPICE models for the LM5067, but we do have them available for the LM5064 which is an extremely similar device. You should be able to simulate most behavior of the LM5067 using the LM5064 model.
For both the LM5069 and the LM5064, we have TINA-TI models (which can be used in the free TINA-TI spice program) as well as PSPICE models (which can be used in Cadence)
Thanks!
Alex
