Hi All,

I have installed the 64-bit windows driver (run as Administrator mode) on Windows 10 and looks like it does not work at all. My PC can't see the device just like there was nothing happen when I connected the device to the PC. I always got "Device ACK Error" when I ran the bqStudio software for charger. What is the issue and how it can be fixed?

Hello Mike,

I recommend trying the following:

Reinstall the drivers, ensure you have both the 64 bit drivers and the ev2300 support components installed.
Plug in the EV2300.
Go to Device Manager in your PC.
Scan for hardware changes
Verify if communication is working with the device (assuming the device is working correctly).

If that doesn't work, try another computer. Please note the EV2400 is the supported tool for Windows 7 and higher versions.

Seemed like EV2300 won't work under win10. I just got an EV2400 and it works with win10. Seems like if your OS is win10 than you have to have EV2400. Mike
