TPS564201 Output Ripple issue

Hi team,

My customer use the TPS564201 to replace the TPS54428.

But the TPS564201 output ripple is not good as the TPS54428.

Please refer the attached test report.

    Hi, Prescott,

     

    As aligned in the email,

     

    The ripple of load transient is out of customer’s requirement;

    For 0A to 2A, 1A to 3A, 2A to 4A, our test results is reasonable;

    We’re using the right method to test the ripple;
