Have a customer with Plug Power having an issue with the LM2776. The device will not start until he momentarily shorts the output, pin 1, to ground. The device has 3.3V going in with the enabled pin tied to VIN, pin 3 tied to pin 4. He has multiple boards with the same experience. The circuit is almost identical to their evaluation board. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Hi Naser,

Is there something connected to output pin? Do you have BOM and/or schematics? I would like to know exact type of capacitors used. (input, output and flying capactor). You said it is almost identical to evaluation board. Do you mean LM2776 EVM? If so, what are the differences between circuits?
