For the OMAP3530DCUS and TPS65930BZCH (both 0.65mm pitch) what do you recommend for pad and via sizes to fan out without resorting to microvias?

That's an interesting document. It has great information about some concerns and priorities for successfully implementing the TPS65930. I believe it's related to the subject at hand and expected something more generic. I'm glad that you shared this with me. I hope to mine some nuggets out of it that will improve our design.
