TLV70033 - Capacitor from Pin4 to GND?

Is it ok to connect a capacitor from Pin4 (NC) on TLV70033 to GND.. 

This will enable the use of two different LDO part#'s in same socket  - one with Pin4 NC ( TLV70033 ) and one with Pin4 connected to capacitor for noise reduction.. ( 2nd source)

Or is the Pin4 internally connected to substrate?

    Hi ,

    Pin 4 is not internally connected. A capacitor can be placed on Pin 4 without affecting the device performance.

    As you would already be using a variant to switch between TLV700 and the other device, would it not be worth not populating the Pin 4 capacitor when TLV700 is populated?
