Hi all

We are looking for the device(DCDC) which is Input 5V Output 0.2V/0.2A.
If you have some advice, could you let us know?

    Does the load need 0.2V at its input or is this for something else, like the sense resistor voltage when driving an LED?

    You can use the SS/TR pin on a device like TPS62097 to regulate below the nominal FB pin voltage. Or you can use an external reference voltage to bias down the FB pin voltage to achieve lower Vouts.

    -Input voltage 5V
    -Output voltage 0.2V/0.2A

    ->We can't understand well. Could you let us know detail?  For example, TPS62097's VFB is 0.8V.

    The tracking section in the D/S should explain how to use the SS/TR pin. The analog dimming section in this app note shows it as well: www.ti.com/.../slva451.pdf

    SLEA004, shown in that app note, shows the external voltage method.
