Hi,

I received the following question from customer.

DBV package of θjc is larger than DBZ.

I think that DBZ package of θjc is larger than DBV because the pin number of DBV is larger than DBZ's.

Is it correct?

    Kuramochi-san,

    This is a fair point that you make. These numbers are based on thermal models that we have and its hard to give an absolute for a number like this, so these numbers are for general guidance.
    It is possible that the slightly wider leads of the DBZ package and other internal factors could amount to this change.
    Is this variation of serious concern?
