    There is a customer using TPS7A19, and she can't find the size of the thermal pad in datasheet.

    could you please share the separate sheet with us?

    TPS7A19 is currently previewed and not fully released. As we approach the release of this product, more information will become available.

    Understand.
    But right now, customer is doing design for layout, without this information, customer has no idea to build the layout library.
    Could you provide the layout library?

    Hi Cage,

    As stated this device is currently Preview.  Not all of the documentation has been finalized.  We are adding the documentation to the web as it is finalized.

    This device will release in the 8 pin DRB package.  This following link is to packaging information page of TI.com.  Some information will be available for the package on this page; however, anything device specific may not be available yet.
