 Can a 1 cell LiFePo4 battery can be charged with 5V DC input by using bq24630?

The battery I am trying to charge is 3.2V 2.5Ah LiFePo4 battery.  I am trying to charge this battery from USB-C type connector (5V) and also Solar cell (4V 300mA) -> Battery and power LEDs from either the battery and/or the USB charger.

Also, what is meant by 6-V Gate Drive for Synchronous Buck Converter?

The typical application in the datasheet (9.2) shows charging for 3-cell battery.

    The USB port will be able to charge your battery.  You may want to consider increasing  your solar capacity, as 4 V is  too low for the chip to operate, though.

    Assuming you are using a charging voltage of 3.6 V, you can change the feedback resistor network so that:

    Vbat = 3.6 = 1.8 *(1+Rtop/ Rbottom)

    In other  words, use two large resistors of the same value to limit current flow through the  network and to set the correct charging voltage. 

    The 6 V gate drive means that the Low Side FET will is regulated to 6 V. In other words, the low side FET gate driver can be considered an inverter. The positive power rail of the inverter is limited  to 6 V by the LDO. If VCC is less than 6 V, it will pass the  voltage,

    Actually the solar cell is 4.8 V when in full sun, the 4V was what the manufacturer said but in real testing it gets between 4.5-4.8, Do you think it can still charge at this voltage or is it too low still?

    If I remove the solar cell completely, then the battery with the USB will operate fine? I don't want the situation where there is a power failure when switching between battery and USB supply, I believe this is exactly what this chip aims to avoid, correct?
