About BQ34Z100 current displayed in GUI...

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQPRODUCTION

Dears,

Is there anyone know what should I check since the current value I got in GUI is always negative!

Thanks.

  • Peter,
I assume that you do not have a load current present and expect the current to report 0mA. Are you using the TI EVM or your own board? There could be a board offset causing the erroneous reading. You can try doing a board offset calibration using the bqProduction program. The other option is that either the device is damaged or another component on the board is damaged. Please provide an email address and I can provide the bqHiCellProduction program.
