Bad reading of Full Charge Capacity, Remaining Capacity, and Cycle Count via I2C on BQ34Z100G1

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5247, BQSTUDIO

Hi,

I am using the BQ34Z100G1 Evaluation Board and MSP430F5247. I am using I2C to read the different registers from the fuel gauge. So far, I am able to correctly read TrueRC, TrueFCC, Voltage, Temperature, InstCurrent, SOC, and SOH. I know this values are right because I verified them using EV2300 and BQStudio. However, I am always getting wrong values for Full Charge Capacity, Remaining Capacity, and Cycle Count. Usually those values are just near 65,000.  I am using 65kHz for data rate. Also, I am using the correct address for all of them according to the datasheet.

Any suggestion? Can anyone help me to find out what I am doing wrong?

Regards,

Ernesto
