Hello Team,

Ton is well defined in the TPS25924 data sheet with 220µs. But this is measured when the input voltage has already been applied, correct?

What is the start-up time if EN/UVLO is tied "high" to Vin with a resistor divider and Vin is switch on with a load connected to the output, please?

    Hi Hans,

    Ton delay is defined from the instance "EN/UVLO" goes 'High' to the instance 'input current' reaches 100mA, without any load and Cdvdt = OPEN

    When EN/UVLO is tied to Vin with a resistor divider and Vin is switched ON, the Ton delay remains same 220µs (typ) provided there is no load at output and Cdvdt = OPEN. However, any load and Cdvdt capacitor changes the output voltage ramp rate and hence the start-up time.

    Could you please let me know your end application and how important is the start-up time in your system?
