Hi,

In datasheet, Iq is defined from 95 to 150uA while VIN is 7.4V. Do we have the Iq while VIN is in the range around 13~20V?

No, we don't have this data. I will test it and report it by the end of the week.

I am measuring about 4uA higher at 13V than at 7.4V input and 10uA higher at 20V. I am still working to confirm this as it includes some of the external circuitry still like the FETs and resistor settings. Overall, it appears to be a narrow range even at higher VINs.
