Asking for the TLV61220 design

Hi Team,

Cusotmer used he TLV61220.

customer add bead 100ohm between R1and C2. The Vout is 5V.

After adding the bead, the Vout will drop to 4V.

Why the votage will drop from 5V to 4? The iout is around 10mA.
