Hi sir,

May I know BQ24253 internal BAT FET turn off condition? thanks.

because we need switch power disable when system off and no supply is connected.

Hi Kuo,

You can pull /CE pin high to disable charging.

Sleep mode mean PWM turn off and BAT FET turn on when Source plug out, right?
whatever BAT FET status is always turn on when Source plug out and Battery exist.

Yes, but your battery voltage needs to be above UVLO.
