TPS61020 - in case of output capacitance short

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask TPS61020?

Could you let us know the behavior in case of output capacitance(POSCAP failure mode) short?
So, when the current is over SW current limit 1.8A(typ), does the device stop switching?
Or, according to thermal shutdown, does the device stop switching?
We can't find it on Functional Block Diagram.
