I am a development engineer and am developing a circuit to a central security with GPRS , this layout is good?
This board is being developed just to test the converter, then it will be incorporated into the final pcb .

I can change the c3,c4 c102, for a 330uf tantalum capacitor ?

v.2 now the FB Ground is independent of the power Ground

the TPS61030 has two package, and the pin out of the packages are difference. it seem the pin out of your PCB is wrong.
no sure why you select the TPS61030. what is the input voltage, output voltage and output current. To power the GPRS module, maybe you can have a look at TPS61021A or TPS61230

I chose the TPS61030 , because I saw a texas document using this IC to feed a gprs.
But now that you pointed me to the TPS61230 I found it more feasible for my application , since the battery protection already included in the boost IC.

Vin = 2.8-4.4V ( 4.4V souce , 2.8-4.2 bat 18650 )

Iout = 1A

Ipk = 2A

For charging the battery I am using the bq24090
