Hello, I'm trying to use a third-party programmer for the UCD3138 and the checksum is giving me trouble. I can program the parts so that the code is there, and connecting with the USB tool and UCD3XXX Device GUI lets me execute with "Command ROM to execute its program", but I can't program so that the checksum is there and execution is automatic.
The "X0 to Hex Tool" seems promising, but I get the following:
Timestamp | Message |
8/31/2016 3:53:55 PM | Parsing <file.x0> ... |
8/31/2016 3:53:55 PM | Re-saving as <file.hex> ... |
8/31/2016 3:53:55 PM | error saving to <file.hex>: error writing binary data using format Intel to file <file.hex>: Didn't expect to get in here as no reference to apploication. |
I've changed the actual paths to <file.x0> and <file.hex>.
Any idea why this error occurs? I'm in Windows 10 with Fusion Digital Power Studio v3.0.5 [2016-06-30].
