Hi,
The closest match of the chemistry ID of my LiMn batteries is 270 with a max. deviation of 3.54%
The comparison between the calculated SOC and from the bq40z60 determined RSOC shows the following error:
Questions:
The error in the SOC is close to the deviation in the chemistry ID. Is this a coincident or would it improve if we would send in our batteries for characterization so we can bet a better match? If so, then please provide me with details about this process. If it is not related to the chemistry ID, what could cause this SOC error?
The data in the graph was b.t.w. recorded with the same constant discharge current as it was used in the learning cycle but with a set of new batteries. I suppose the error will be even larger if I increase the discharge current, right?
PS: If someone reads this post, then please provide an answer on my previous posts as well as I need to finish this design but still have open questions....
Thanks,
Fred
