Hello,

May I know if TPS62135 is available? There is not much information on datasheet.

I would like to know the efficiency with 12V input, Vout = 1.2V and load current of 3.5A.

I'm checking if the part can achieve >90% efficiency based on the above condition.

    The TPS62135 will be available withing the next weeks. I can send you the preliminary DS by email.
    No, at full load the Efficiency will be around 80% with the above conditions. For which application is this for?

    The TPS62180 is close to the 90% in this range.
