Hi, 

My Customer has question of TPS51206 about JEDEC requirement specification for DDR4 VTTREF.

*JEDEC requirement

VTTREF accuracy = 0.6V ±1%

There is mentioning of Vref tolerance in data seat P7. 

VTTREFTOL : IVTTREF < 10mA,  1.2V < VDDQ < 1.5V, 48.75%(min)~51.25%(max)

So, I wish not to be satisfied JEDEC requirement.

Is TPS51206 satisfied of JEDEC  requirement of DDR4?
