I have a question about feedforward capacitor for TPS54229.

Below description is from TPS54229EVM user's guide：

My question is that, why it's only 1.8V or above needs feedforward capacitor but under 1.8V？

The phase boost provided by the feed forward capacitor is proportional to Vout / Vref. At lower Vout values the the amount of phase boost is negligible. You can still use a FF cap if you want, but there is not much benefit to it.
