Ground for BQ78350-R1, BQ76940 and host-microcontroller

Hi everybody,

I want to use the BQ78350R1, BQ76940 together with an microcontroller. Can I connect these 3 chips to the same ground or do i need a separated ground for the µC because of the sensitive analog signal on the BQ76940? Do anybody has some experiences with that topic?
