Hi,

I am evaluating the bq24105EVM.

The datasheet has been described as Dmin:0 , but not be realized. (Min about 10%)

(Test Condition→Vin:9.2V,Vout:8.2V,Iout:0.5A)

I expect the operation at Vin = 8.6V.

Is it possible operation in this condition ?

    I am assuming you were asking about the minimum input voltage to charge up the battery? 

    You can refer to the user guide page 7 table. The minimum input voltage for the bq24105 should be VREG+0.8V. Thus, if VREG is set to 8.2V, then the minimum input voltage to charge up the battery to 8.2V should be 9V.
