We got a request from my customer about TLV62130A.
Could you help us?

[Request]
- My customer want to know switching frequency vs Load current characteristics under the following condition?
  Do you have the data?

   Vin=7.4V
   Vout=4V
   Iout=0mA to 300mA
   fsw=1.25MHz
   L=2.2uH
   Cout=22uF

  They consider to avoid fsw=40k to 50kHz.
  They want to know output current at fsw=40k to 50kHz.

    I tested EVM with following test conditions:

    • Input voltage: 7V

    • Output voltage: 3.3V
    • inductor: 1uH
    • Cout: 22uf

    Switching frequency variation:

    • Iout: 10mA, fsw: 20.3kHz

    • Iout: 20mA, fsw: 37.5kHz

    • Iout: 30mA, fsw: 56.7kHz

      According to this measurement I expect that output current should be above 20mA to operate with switching frequency above range 40-50kHz.

      Is it minimum load in customer application above 20mA?

      What is the end application?

      Why the switching frequency 40-50kHz is an issue for customer application?
