My customer is evaluating LM3410 on EVM (LM3410XBSTOVPEV) and troubled by audible noise.
Could you tell countermeasure and what we should confirm?
Condition are followings;
- Noise happens when they input PWM into DIM pin.
- Noise doesn't change when they change duty of PWM.
- Noise doesn't change when they touch each external component.
- Noise changes when they change PWM frequency.
Tone of noise scales linearity with PWM frequency.
- Noise decreases when they add the Cout.
Please let me know if there is lack of information.
