Hi sir,


May I know TPS2378 power dissipation how to calculate??

ex. TPS2378 with LM5160 application 802.3af

output power is 12V/1.08A, currently efficiency 85%

Input current worse case 350mA

TPS2378 power dissipation can explain as below ? if can,  how to find out IC impedance of datasheet ? thanks.

[(0.35 * IC impedance) +(48V*Bias Current)]

[(0.35 * 0.75) +(48V*12uA)]
