We would like to know TPS56C215 SOA curve. (Output current vs Ambient Temperature graph)
Could you share that information?

We would like to get 12Vin data. Output voltage range is about 0.8V to 3.3V.

I'll check to see if we have any data for it. But You should know that SOA is mostly dependent on PCB design, so our results may not be completely relevant to your application.

I'm understanding it is dependent on PCB. Our customer requirement is reference data. So the data of EVM is sufficient.

I have verified that we did not perform any SOA testing for TPS56C215.
