Dear Forum Team, today we received one of the above mentioned eval kits and tried to make it work. We successfully installed software UCD3xxx/9xxx Device GUI and exactly followed all steps mentioned in chapter A.8 of the documentation of the eval kit. Supply voltage is 40V. Status LEDs D13, D14 and D19 light after switching the kit on. Unfortunately after clicking "Scan device in ROM Mode" we got the error message "No ROM detected". What poosible errors could we look for?
