Hi,

Does LM5113 has inherent overlap protection, or will it turn on both the high and the low side GaN FETS if the input logic signals have an overlap?

Saad,

There is no overlap protection on the LM5113. Both the high and the low side GaN FETS will be turned on if the input logic signals overlap. Careful consideration must be applied to the control inputs in order to avoid shoot-through.
