TPS51206 DDR termination regulator S3 and S5 pin connections and current rating

I am using TPS51206 in my design for DDR termination voltage. I need VTT to be supplied continuously. From the spec, I understood that S3 and S5 should be high for this condition. In this case to which voltage level should I pull these up? and through which resistor? I think these should be pulled to VDD using 4.7K resistor. Am I correct!? And what is current requirement of S3 and S5 pins!?
