We measured the TPS62130EVM for the SW node waveform. We found there is a overshoot and undersoot on the SW node. And they are over the device stress. The probe seting is to use the short-cut probe setting and close to the SW node of device.
Overshoot=>19.8V
Undershoot=> -2.3V
In the Absolute max. rating, it should be for DC rating not transient voltage. We're wondering to know if there is any risk to damage the device with these overshoot or undershoot. thanks.
Condition: VIN: 17V, Vout:3.3V and output current is 3A.
