The data sheet of the LM3481 has been described supply current of when you gave the 40kΩ to FA/SYNC/SD Pin.
Please tell me the supply current of when you gave the 163kΩ to FA/SYNC/SD Pin of the LM3481.
The switching frequency will be approximately 123kHz.
