TPS70302 RESET pin connection

Dears,

Could you please tell me the max sink current on TPS70302 RESET pin?

I connected the RESET pin to 3.3V power by a 10K ohm pull up resistor and connect to GND by a 102 capacitance. Does this connection high risk?

Unfortunately, after powering 3 days, the RESET pin was broken, this RESET pin always out put low while all the other pins is normal condition. According to DS electrical characteristics, RESET pin voltage should be 0.4V while I(Reset) = 1mA, and my usage the sing current is only 3.3V/ 10Kohm = 330uA. it should not matters.

Hi Gavin,

As you can see in the example schematics in the datasheet a 250k pullup resistor is recommended and we do not recommend a capacitor. Please note that 330uA should be fine but you also need to account for the discharge of the capacitor.

In order to help debug, could you provide a schematic and scope shots? In particular we would like to see /RESET, Vout2, and the 3.3V rail (in case this is not Vout2).
