If I would like to use TPS2493 to pass the UL certification ,Should I add a external poly-fuse to do ??

Hi Kai,

Unfortunately, we do NOT have UL certifications on this part (or most Hot Swap Controllers). Since the FET is external to the chip, we do not know what the system requirements will be and therefore cannot have the part UL certified.
