my customer is interested in MicroSiP, because it is integrated periheral compenents and of small size.
But they want to use at Vin = 5V, because Vin_abs=6V, but recommended is Vin=4.8V.
In the d/s, "operation above 4.8V input voltage for extended periods may affect device reliability.", would you teach me more details, specifcally what happnen?
(like device will be damaged or etc.,)
