Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ40Z60, BQPRODUCTION, BQSTUDIO

Hello!

I am creating my own software for programming the .srec and calibrating the BQ40Z60, using the TI SDK, HPA495 calibration board and EV2300.

Everything works fine so far, but i am wondering about the use of the .bqz configuration file, that is used in both BQSTUDIO and BQPRODUCTION.

1.) In BQPRODUCTION i can set tolerances for CC Gain and V_PACK Voltage resulting in error codes when trying to calibrate values out of that range.

--> Using the SDK without any kind of .bqz i can calibrate "whatever i want" without getting errors. Do i have to write my own routine, or can i somehow               use the .bzq file?

2.)  Are there any other methods for setting calibration tolerances?

3.) Anyone else here writing their own software can help me with that topic?

Thank you for the support!

Any help is appreciated,

Best,

M.
