Thei would like to know followimg data at VDD:9V and 15V.

RISE TIME vs TEMPERATURE (datasheetP8,Figure 12)

FALL TIME vs TEMPERATURE (datasheetP8,Figure 13)

INPUT TO OUTPUT PROPAGATION DELAY vs TEMPERATURE (datasheetP8,Figure 14)

Hello Kura,

The data I have found so far, is with the test conditions listed in the datasheet of 4.5V and 12V VDD. We will have to look to see if there is additional data, or record new data for the specific VDD voltages of 9V and 15V as you requested.

Hello Kura-san,

We have the device for test now, and I will target getting some data in the next few days to compare the VDD9V and VDD15V (to the datasheet test conditions) for the input to output propagation delay.

We have recorded the data you requested for propagation delay Vs temperature at 9V, 12V, and 15V. There is very little change at 9V and 15V compared to the 12V data in the datasheet curve.

In case there is trouble attaching the file, I have the recorded data in the table below.
