    Hi Ann,

    SVS devices operate at such low currents that power dissipation are often considered negligible.  The dominant power dissipation path is the supply current from Vdd to GND; therefore, Vdd x Idd = Pd.  For your example, 3.3V x 5uA (Idd max) = 16.5uW.
