TPS22922 maximum junction temperature

That is the maximum junction temperature for the TPS22922? I see max storage at 150C, max power dissipation (25C ambient) at 645mW, and see the junction to ambient thermal resistance is 131C/W for the YZP package... but can't find anything about max junction temp. I see on other products (like TPS22910) we are at 125C...

Hi Dan,

Thank you for letting us know about this, it should be in the absolute maximum ratings. If you take a look at section 13.1 (Layout guidelines) you will see that the maximum junction temperature is 125°C.
